I am a working mom of 2 young boys.  I hope that my boys will enjoy reading as much as I did growing up.  My oldest son is in first grade and loves books - yeah! He likes the Magic Tree House books right now.  My youngest son is 4 and he so badly wants to be older and start to go to school.  He doesn't think pre-school is 'real' school. 

I love to read fiction and best sellers.  My favorite authors are Jodi Picoult, Anita Shreve, Nicholas Sparks (I met him in person....WOW!), Elizabeth Berg, and Mary Higgins Clark.   There is nothing better than when a book grabs your attention from the first chapter and you look forward to picking it up again to find out what happened. 

I really enjoy going to yard sales, library book sales, and flea markets.  My kids love to go with me and we often come home with many, many items (books too!). 

My other hobbies (when I actually have spare time) besides reading is gardening, going to yard sales, volunteering, and I am starting to write in a journal.
